I lost a brother that was living in Southern California. I called your company and had everything taken care of via phone and fax. I was pleased with the service I received and that everything went as smoothly as it did. I recently lost a second brother living in Southern California. So I placed another call to your company. I have had an exceptionally difficult time with the second brother's death. I was devastated and I was having a really tough time making the arrangements. When I called your company, I spoke with Lewis Wasson your Service Director/Arrangement Counselor. I found him to be very sympathetic. Sometimes when you deal with the same thing day-in and day-out, we have a tendency to become immune to the circumstances. That was not the impression I got dealing with Lewis. He always treated me with kindness, was helpful and genuine when I spoke with him. He was very accommodating with my special requests. Whenever I called or sent emails, I could depend on him to get back to me in a timely manner. I want to thank Lewis. Even though I pray that I will never need your services again (I am sure you can understand), if given the opportunity, I would not hesitate to recommend your services to someone else.
